• How much will my website cost?
• Our pricing structure varies based on several factors, including the number of pages, the graphic work involved, customized interactive features, hosting needs and other options. Stickcore will price out your project with you and strictly adhere to that price once you have signed off.
• Does Stickcore redesign existing websites?
• Yes! We can upgrade your existing website to meet your current needs while retaining your corporate or brand image.
• I already have a website and I need it to be updated - can you help me?
• Yes, we would be happy to look at your existing website and give you a quote for updating it.
• Will my site appear the same to every visitor?
• Your website visitors will see some things differently depending on their browser, screen resolution setting and their individual computer settings and toolbars. We design sites with that in mind and preview them in several browser types and resolution settings before publishing.
• What is website maintenance? Can I hire Stickcore to manage my existing website?
• Website maintenance keeps your site updated with the new content you provide. Fresh content will keep your visitors coming back, and most successful website are updated regularly. Stickcore offers website maintenance as an option package on a monthly basis. See what other services we provide.
• Am I obligated to work with Stickcore for future website maintenance once my project is complete?
• No. Once your website is complete it belongs to you. You can commission anyone to update it, and Stickcore provides you with a CD of your website and all its components. We also offer optional website maintenance if you would like to continue working with us.
• Are there any hidden costs?
• No. We discuss with you about your website requirements and then price accordingly and once you have placed an order for your website design with us, that price is strictly adhered to.
• Who owns the website once it has been completed?
• The website belongs to you - we provide you a copy of your website on a CD. This copy is for your retention and should you wish to use another web design or web hosting company - you are completely at liberty to take this copy to them for them to use.
• Will you display any banners or pop-up ads on my website?
• Absolutely not! - It's your website and you have total control over the contents and who advertises on it.
